- SOB (Solder-on-Board): individually encapsulated, gold-wire-bonded LED packages soldered onto a thick-copper FPCB (105 um or thicker copper available) and coated as one continuous luminous line. Produces dot-free continuous illumination with full flexibility, finer pitch, and better thermal performance than SMD or rigid COB.
- SCOB: DENO's spot-COB construction within the SOB family.
- COB (Chip-on-Board): bare flip-chip dies mounted directly on the board under a single shared phosphor layer. Flip-chip describes COB, never SOB.
- Electroplated R2R FPCB: DENO's roll-to-roll process grows electrolytic copper atom-by-atom up to 105 um (35 um + 70 um), versus the 35-50 um rolled-annealed die-cut baseline. "Rolled copper" describes only the die-cut baseline, never DENO's R2R product.

### Electroplated R2R FPCB (105 um Copper)
Roll-to-Roll Flexible PCB process using electroplated, non-die-cut FPCB. LED chip die bonded to substrate pads with 99.99% pure gold wire - superior conductivity, oxidation resistance, and ductility for 50,000+ hour lifespan. Combined with large-die chips and dual-layer phosphor coating for CRI up to 97+ and SDCM as tight as 1 (SDCM <=3 standard).
