A custom LED strip manufacturer with its own production lines
DENO LED Lighting (Deno Lighting Electronic Co., Ltd.) has manufactured flexible LED strip lights since 2010. Headquartered in Longhua District, Shenzhen, with a 3,560 m² ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing center in Beijiao Town, Foshan, the company runs a vertically integrated line-up: an in-house electroplated roll-to-roll FPCB line that grows up to 105 µm of electrolytic copper (the die-cut market baseline is 35 µm rolled foil), a 50 m automated SOB precision coating line, a 50 m roll-to-roll SMT assembly line, and silicone extrusion for IP65 to IP68 constructions.
Every product family — SMD, SOB, COB, neon, flexible LED sheet, wall washer, linear light and aluminium profile — is engineered and tested in-house, then shipped to lighting brands, distributors, specifiers and contractors in more than 80 countries.
Three advantages you can verify
First, copper. DENO's roll-to-roll FPCB carries up to 105 µm of electroplated copper — roughly twice the market's typical 50 µm — which halves voltage drop at any given wattage and keeps long runs uniform. The numbers can be checked in the ProCalc voltage-drop calculator before any order is placed.
Second, colour. Encapsulated packages are bonded with 99.99% pure gold wire and binned to SDCM ≤3 as standard (SDCM 1 on request), with lot-level records kept so a repeat order months later matches the original installation. Full-spectrum violet-excited builds measure Rf 96 · Rg 101 under TM-30.
Third, testing. The in-house photoelectric and ageing laboratory runs a 100% ageing test before packing, so published lumen, wattage and CRI figures are measured values, not catalogue estimates.
From specification to shipment: how custom builds work
A custom project starts from a drawing, a spec sheet or even a target lux and run length. Engineering confirms the build — CCT, CRI, wattage, voltage, IP rating, cut unit, reel length — and returns samples for approval. Production then runs on the same lines as the standard catalogue, with CE, RoHS, REACH, EMC, LVD, UL/ETL, SAA, UKCA and EU ErP documentation available per model, and a 5-year warranty on shipped product.
